Your stack, launched from open source
Your stack, launched from open source

We build your stack from our open source projects, then hand it to
you. Your server. Your site. Your analytics. No monthly per-seat fees,
and no third party holding your visitor data.
Your stack runs on one small virtual machine on Google Cloud. We set
it up. You own it outright.
What is included
LitePanel by Subschema, the server panel. It manages your sites,
databases, services, firewall, HTTPS, and backups from one place.
LitePanel is open source and available by request until it enters
beta.
Grav, the site itself. Grav is a flat-file content management
system. Your pages are stored as files, so there is no database to
patch for the site itself.
AGGREGATE, the analytics. AGGREGATE runs on the same machine as
your site. Your visitor data never goes to a third-party analytics
vendor.
If your site already runs Google Tag Manager, AGGREGATE ships a GTM tag template, so you can adopt it without rebuilding your tagging.
Subschema, watching it. Our partner hub checks the health of
every client installation. A failed install is noticed by us, not by
you.
Secure
Security here is a list of things that are actually in place, not a
promise.
Your panel signs in with two steps, and it answers only to IP
addresses you list. The firewall always keeps SSH open, so a rule
change cannot lock you out. HTTPS renews itself automatically.
Your files carry a 14-day history, so an edit or a deletion can be
undone. Your site backups keep the last three versions.
AGGREGATE installs with a one-time setup code. Its files carry
restrictive permissions, its secrets are stored encrypted, and its
database answers only on the machine itself.
The Grav plugin that connects your site to AGGREGATE loads no inline
JavaScript, so strict Content Security Policies stay intact.
Private
Your analytics data stays on your own machine. Nothing is sent to a
third party.
AGGREGATE anonymous mode collects no visitor ID, no IP address, no
user agent, and no exact timestamp. Consent defaults to denied until
the visitor chooses. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are
respected by default.
Our partner hub reads installation health only. It never reads your
analytics data, and your secrets stay on your installation.
Affordable
One small machine holds the panel, the site, and analytics. There is
no separate analytics bill and no per-seat pricing.
The software is open source. AGGREGATE and LitePanel are AGPL. Grav
and both Grav plugins are MIT.
LitePanel shows this month's hosting cost against a budget on its
dashboard. Hosting spend is visible instead of a surprise bill.
We state no monthly cost figure here yet. We will add one once a
reference setup has run long enough to meter.
Durable
Your analytics live as documented SQL views in a database you own,
ready for any BI tool. Leaving this stack does not mean leaving your
data behind.
Your site content is flat files. The code is open, so your stack
outlives any single vendor, including us.
Your site is built from component library patterns tested on Grav 1.7
and 2.x. The parts are verified before they reach your site, not
improvised on it.
Easy to recover
When something breaks, recovery is ordinary work, not an emergency.
An edited file can be restored from the 14-day history in LitePanel. An uploaded site keeps its last three versions as backups, so a bad deploy can return to the previous version. A bad web server change never goes live, because the editor tests the configuration before applying it.
Your site content is flat files. There is no site database to repair. Copy the files back and the site is back.
What we do, and what you own
We set up the machine, the panel, the site, and analytics, and we
watch installation health.
You own the machine, the site files, and the analytics database
outright.
Who this is not for
This is not a fully managed, hands-off SaaS. This stack trades a
monthly fee for ownership. If you want someone else to hold the keys
and send you a dashboard, this is not your stack.

we will set up your stack from the same open source projects.
